  1. General Policy:
  • Opened or damaged products cannot be reused; therefore, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
  • Orders once processed and shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
  • 'The Dewy Skin' is not responsible for any damage caused after the products are delivered.
  • Customers are advised to perform a patch test before using the product. If irritation or red patches appear, discontinue use immediately.

  1. Refunds/Replacements:
  • We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:
    • You received the wrong shipment.
    • You received an expired product.

  1. Return/Replacement Request:
  • In any of the above cases, please raise a return/replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery.

  1. Timelines:
  • No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
  • Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.

  1. Reverse Pickup:
  • Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick up the order from your doorsteps.

  1. Refund Process:
  • Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same.
  • If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours.
