Returns & Refunds Policy — THE DEWY SKIN
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Because our products are personal-use skincare, opened or used items are generally not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. In exceptional circumstances, we may allow a return of an opened product after a thorough review of the issue with you over email or a phone call.
How to start a return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Address for returns will be shared over the email upon return acceptance.

Eligibility for returns (unopened/unused)
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals/tamper-evident stickers intact, with all accessories or free gifts, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may request photos/videos of the outer carton, inner packaging, and product label to speed up resolution.
Exceptional review for opened products
If you experienced an issue after opening (e.g., texture/odor concerns, unusual reaction), please email or call us first. Our team will review your case and may offer support options such as replacement or store credit at our discretion after an on-call assessment. For safety reasons, products with significant use or near empty containers cannot be accepted.
Note: Individual skin sensitivities can vary. We recommend a patch test before full use.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
Opened/used skincare (except where approved after review, as above)
Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
Partially returned bundles/kits (complete set must be returned unopened)
Sale items or gift cards
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.
Shipping costs for returns
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
For all other approved returns (e.g., change of mind on unopened item), return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, the item must be unopened/unused, with seals intact and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember it can take additional time for your bank/issuer to post the refund.
